Dr. Shayla Caron is committed to helping all our practice members live a healthier lifestyle.

  My chiropractic story: Growing up I had frequent headaches and hip pain which was aggravated by running.  I began getting adjusted in college and was amazed how much better I felt.  On a more personal note, my doctor had told me that I may have difficulty getting pregnant because of the way my body was functioning.  I am happy to say I had three very healthy pregnancies and I know chiropractic care played a huge role in that!  After birth, I checked all of my daughters for subluxations and nerve stress.  I know their lives will be healthier with a healthy spine!

Life is all about choices.  When you are ready to join our practice, I am ready to listen.  One of your most important visits is your first visit when we will sit and talk about any physical, mental or chemical stress which may have affected your health.  Together we will come up with a plan to help you achieve your goals.

I have always enjoyed being active.  I love spending time with my three daughters Molly, Maggie & Charlotte.  I have enjoyed running since my first "Fun Run" at Winnekenni and recently ran the Boston Marathon.  Being a Holistic Moms member, I was honored to host the monthly meetings in the office.  Sharing chiropractic care and living a healthy lifestyle have become my way of life.
